The ergonomic two-tone handles, made of Santoprene™, provide superior grip and comfort, exceeding ordinary kitchen knives.

The EKA1882 knife blades are made by the Swedish high-quality steel 12C27 providing an excellent stain resistance and prolonged edge retention. The sharpness and the edge durability are in perfect balance when hardened up to 58 HRC for durability and easiness in sharpening. The pronounced finger guard is ergonomically shaped for safety and confidence while operating. Our reliable high-quality knives are very pleasant and enjoyable to use providing smooth cuts, requiring less tension and efforts keeping your hands free of strain and pain.

The EKA1882 Chef knives are made for professionals by professionals. Few features to mention are the hygiene protection, all the joints are sealed and there are no gaps between the blade and the handle. The 12C27 steel is one of the best providing high corrosion-resistance and easy to clean. The Santoprene™ handle with a two-tone soft grip provides comfort and security and do not absorb grease and it has resistant to heat, shocks and abrasion.

We also recommend oiling the blade regularly for extra protection against corrosion and optimal performance.

  • The knife is machine dishwasher safe, but we always recommend washing EKA Butcher Series knives by hand.
  • Maintain your EKA Butcher knife by sharpening regularly, use for example the EKA Sharpening Steel.
  • To protect your knife and blade from getting damaged, we recommend storing it on a magnetic bar or in a knife block.
